Deliberation Groups

Deliberation groups from JurySync provide a practical means of gauging juror reaction to each side's case and previewing their decision-making process.  A deliberation group is a research exercise in which mock jurors deliberate to verdicts after hearing adversarial presentations by counsel.  Presentations incorporate key documentary evidence, testimony, and argumentation.  Following deliberations, mock jurors are engaged in consultant-facilitated discussions to elicit feedback on key research questions identified in advance.

While not as extensive as Mock Trials, deliberation groups offer a compelling jury research model to accommodate a variety of situations, including timing and budget requirements.

Written report and/or in-person debriefing includes detailed analysis of mock juror feedback and recommendations for refining case theory/themes and trial strategy.

Deliberation groups allow us to preview juror reactions and decision-making
