Tell us about your experience.

I come from an event planning and project management background. I spent a few years in the law enforcement equipment manufacturing field, corporate events, and customer service before joining JurySync. I am an experienced negotiator and high achiever with years of experience managing large projects with tight deadlines.

Tell us about your education background.

I earned a BS in Marketing from Arizona State University and an Administrative Professional Associate degree from Fox Valley Technical College in Wisconsin.

What are you known for?

I am known for consistently looking for ways to streamline. My brain naturally looks for ways to improve processes to make our team more efficient.

What are you passionate about outside of work?

Any activity with family! We play a lot of games and enjoy a good escape room. I love doing anything outdoors from swimming, hiking, and biking in the summer to snowmobiling and skiing in the winter. I also enjoy refinishing furniture. I like to find a good piece of old or unwanted furniture and transform it into something beautiful.

What do you do at JurySync?

My role is to conceptualize and integrate AI and automation strategies to streamline processes designed to add value to internal and external stakeholders.

What do you like best about JurySync?

The teamwork has been unmatched. Everyone has a positive attitude and wants the team to succeed together.

Where and how did you grow up?

I grew up on a small dairy farm in Wisconsin. As a kid, most of my summers were spent camping and traveling all over WI with my family. In high school, I enjoyed gymnastics and band. I was raised to be hardworking and never settle for less than my best.

When do you think, “Man, I love what I do”?

When I’ve taken something that feels inefficient, complicated, or repetitive and figured out a better way to do it. I love solving problems, building tools that make people’s jobs easier, and seeing an idea turn into something the team actually benefits from.

See how our team can help you succeed.

From research to strategy to at-trial consulting, JurySync will be your trusted ally in evaluating the case and developing theories and themes that set you up for success.
