Tell us about your experience.

I’ve worn a lot of hats over the years. From working in a local government elections office for several years to supporting emergency management, architecture/engineering/construction firms, and a private equity office, I’ve built a well-rounded background in office operations. My experience spans office management, marketing, business development, HR, IT support, and corporate event planning. I’m the person who keeps things running behind the scenes—organized, efficient, and always with a sense of humor.

Tell us about your educational background.

I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Kansas State University (go Wildcats!). Before that, I attended a junior college on a softball scholarship while studying Graphic Design. That combo of athletics, creativity, and curiosity has really shaped how I approach both life and work—I’m equal parts team player and detail-obsessed creative.

What are you known for?

I’m known for my legendary charcuterie boards. They’ve become such a hit that I launched a side biz called The Bougie Board. I’m also affectionately known as “the softball girl”—I played for most of my life, coached a high school team during college, and still bring that competitive, team-first mindset into everything I do.

What are you passionate about outside of work?

I’m a country music junkie—catch me front row at just about any country concert within driving distance. I also love all things wellness: long walks on nature trails, yoga (preferably on a patio), trying new healthy recipes, and diving into self-improvement books. I’m all about balance—just don’t ask me to choose between a protein shake and a cinnamon roll. It’s not happening.

What do you do at JurySync?

As the Operations Coordinator, I’m the behind-the-scenes problem solver making sure everything runs like clockwork. I assist with accounts payable, HR-related tasks, IT support, and general operations support. I help make the magic happen.

How did you get into this line of work? What keeps you in it?

It all started with my first “real job” as a clerical assistant in a local elections office. That role taught me how to be meticulous, triple-check my work, and stay cool under pressure. I discovered I actually enjoy the details—the kind of work that keeps everything running smoothly but often goes unnoticed. I like wearing multiple hats, switching gears throughout the day, and knowing my work plays a key role in the bigger picture.

What do you like best about JurySync?

The people. From my first interview, I felt like part of something special. Everyone here brings something unique to the table, and those strengths are celebrated—not just acknowledged. I love being on a team where collaboration is real, support is genuine, and systems actually work. It’s the kind of place where you can be yourself and do your best work.

How do you contribute to the success of JurySync clients?

Even though I’m behind the scenes, my work directly supports the client-facing team. Whether it’s managing materials, keeping operations organized, or handling expense logistics, I help create a solid foundation so our client teams can stay focused on delivering the best experience possible.

Where and how did you grow up?

I grew up in a small town just outside Manhattan, Kansas—where everyone knows everyone, and Friday nights meant high school sports and bonfires. I played every sport I could, sang my heart out to country music while driving down dirt roads, and spent weekends fishing, hunting, riding horses, and driving four-wheelers. I may live in the city now, but I’ll always be a country girl at heart.

When do you think, “Man, I love what I do”?

It’s those moments when I look at a completed project or perfectly executed event and think, yep—I made that happen. I love knowing that the work I do supports an amazing team and helps things run smoothly for everyone involved. Being able to make this role my own while contributing to something bigger? That’s the good stuff.
