Tell us about your experience.

My early entrepreneurial experiences—from managing lawncare businesses to launching a social-impact venture during college—shaped my passion for operational excellence and service. These roles strengthened my problem-solving skills and showed me the value of consistency, customer care, and thoughtful process design.

What are you known for?

I am known for being a good communicator and a dependable executor. I enjoy bringing clarity to projects, motivating others, and helping teams operate at their best.

What are you passionate about outside of work?

I love spending time outdoors—whether I’m golfing, fishing, cutting grass, or watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee. Sports have always been a major part of my life, so I take every opportunity to play in local basketball leagues and golf tournaments.

What do you do at JurySync?

I support the management team by monitoring, tracking, and executing key operational functions, metrics, and business development initiatives. I help develop and maintain core processes and documentation with a focus on efficiency, clarity, and continuous improvement.

How did you get in this line of work? What keeps you in it?

Although I was introduced to this industry through my family, I chose it because I was drawn to its uniqueness, its impact, and the degree of collaboration it requires. The opportunity to work with such a talented team is what keeps me energized and committed.

Where and how did you grow up?

I grew up in Kansas City, where I spent time playing competitive sports and exploring outdoors camping, wandering through the woods, climbing new construction sites, and stargazing on rooftops.
