I have built my career in event planning, project management, and client service, leading complex programs from planning through execution. My experience includes coordinating large-scale events with USA Triathlon and international product launches for Essense of Australia, where I developed expertise in logistics, stakeholder engagement, and exceptional client experiences.

I value the variety of each project, the opportunity to keep learning, and the blend of strategy, relationship-building, and practical problem-solving.

I earned a BS in Marketing and MS in College Student Personnel Administration from the University of Central Missouri.

I am known for building strong relationships, paying close attention to detail, and approaching challenges with a solution-oriented mindset. I enjoy connecting with people, supporting their success, and finding thoughtful, innovative ways to solve problems and improve outcomes.

Outside of work, I enjoy traveling and exploring new places with my partner, especially when it means spending time outdoors. Whether it’s kayaking, hiking, cycling, or simply enjoying nature, I love to stay active and recharge. I also enjoy getting together with family for a competitive game of cards and spending weekends browsing estate sales looking for unique antiques.

As a Project Manager at JurySync, I coordinate and support the recruitment efforts for mock trials while helping ensure projects are executed successfully onsite. My role involves managing timelines, collaborating with team members, and overseeing the many details required to deliver a seamless experience. I enjoy being part of a team that helps attorneys gain valuable insights while ensuring every project runs smoothly from planning through execution.

I grew up on a farm in northwest Missouri, where hard work and family were part of everyday life. My family owned Earley Tractor, a local tractor dealership that served the community for more than 60 years, and I spent many summers helping my mother with everything from paperwork and cleaning the showroom to preparing tractors for customer delivery. Time at the dealership and on the farm taught me to take pride in a job well done while making time for fun and family—values that shaped who I am today.

I love what I do when I can contribute to a strong team and help tackle meaningful challenges. Seeing a project come together through collaboration, problem-solving, and shared success is incredibly rewarding.
