Interestingly, I ventured into the trial consulting field thanks to my college roommate, who introduced me to the TV show Bull. As a Project Manager at JurySync, I help manage the recruitment process, ensuring the right research participants are selected for each event. I work closely with external vendors, such as recruiters and banquet managers, to coordinate all logistics. I hold an undergraduate degree in criminology and psychology from Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida. During my studies, I contributed to several research projects, including one focused on improving methods to predict mass shootings in the United States. Tell us about your experience. 

In my previous role at a smaller trial consulting firm, I was the sole project manager, responsible for recruitment, legal support, and organizing research events. This experience, combined with years of administrative expertise, has equipped me with the skills necessary to manage complex projects, streamline processes, and collaborate effectively within a larger team at JurySync.
